WHY TEN?
Our approach is personal, practical and entirely confidential.
It has been shaped by William Montgomery’s unusual leadership journey - from joining the Royal Navy at 16 and progressing from junior rating to commissioned officer, to serving as a Bletchley Park code-breaker and intelligence specialist, and later as a navigating officer of HMS Ark Royal, before becoming Head of Strategic Change at Lloyds TSB.
Since founding TEN in 2004, William has worked with leaders and organisations across business, government, education, media and sport.
