How to reset your week

A strong week rarely happens by accident. It comes from small resets: drawing clearer boundaries, choosing where your energy goes, and stepping back long enough to see what actually matters. Leaders don’t power through; they pause, recalibrate and then move with intention. Try this:

  • Identify the one outcome that would make the week feel successful.
  • Protect two 30-minute blocks for uninterrupted thinking.
  • Say no to one thing that drains you.
  • Reach out to someone who lifts your energy.
  • End each day by writing tomorrow’s top three.
