How to reflect on 2020

It has been a difficult year that many might want to put behind them as quickly as possible, but now might be a good opportunity for reflecting and readying for the new year and a fresh decade. So add some self-reflection to your resolutions and get ready to dive into 2020 with a whole new perspective.

  1. Instead of considering it a lost year, look for the gems of 2020 that might guide you in 2021.
     
  2. If you’re not a fan of resolutions, create a “21 for 2021” list to help you feel happier, healthier, more productive, or more creative by the year's end.
     
  3. Hold an organisation-wide day of reflection where leaders host live and online discussions about the lessons and hidden resilience in 2020.
